David Ekerbring, our future senior pastor at Word of Life – with a heart to activate the ministry of every believer.
David has served as a pastor for over 20 years, most recently at Agape Church in Norrköping. His journey with Word of Life began in 1995 when he joined the high school and quickly became an active part of the church. Together with his wife Linda and their four sons, he carries a deep passion for people, the next generation, and seeing every believer discover their God-given purpose. His vision is a church where each individual is activated, equipped, and sent – perfectly aligned with this year’s theme: Activate Your Purpose.

Ankit Sajwan
Pastor Ankit Sajwan had a life-changing encounter with Jesus at the age of 19, when he was healed from sickness.
Raised in a Hindu family, this miracle led him into a life fully surrendered to God. Since then, he has preached the gospel with passion and a deep love for the Father. Through his teaching, he desires to raise up a generation who live as God’s beloved children – rooted in their identity, filled with His love, and led by His presence.

John & Brandi Carrano
John and Brandi Carrano have been the lead pastors of ICB since 2014 and have lived in Barcelona with their three children since 2010.
With a deep passion for both people and the city, they are excited to build God’s church and advance His kingdom in Barcelona and throughout Europe. John focuses on leadership, vision, and strategic growth, while Brandi is deeply passionate about teaching, coaching, and, above all, people. Together, they lead a vibrant and diverse community and believe this is just the beginning of all that God has in His heart to accomplish.

Jan Blom
Jan Blom, or “Janne” as many of us know him, is a beloved pastor with a powerful story of transformation and grace.
Saved from the streets through the church at a young age, he has since devoted his life to loving people, serving the marginalized, and pointing others to the hope found in Jesus.
With experience as a youth pastor, associate pastor, senior pastor, and leader of the church’s social outreach, Janne carries a deep and credible voice that reflects both the reality of life and the abundance of God’s grace. His teaching carries a clear message of the cross – with a focus on reconciliation, restoration, and living a life that mirrors Jesus’ love for the world.
Janne’s life and ministry testify to a God who lifts, heals, and calls – no matter one’s background or season in life.
Carl-Gustaf Severin
Carl-Gustaf Severin has preached the gospel with passion for decades – with a heart to reach people, see healing, miracles, and revival spread.
With his unique blend of warmth, humor, and spiritual depth, he carries a message that touches both hearts and faith.
Together with his wife Monica, he has spent many years on the mission field – not least in Russia – and carries stories and testimonies unlike any other, sure to inspire you to believe big and dare even more with God.
Mats-Ola Ishoel
Mats-Ola Ishoel is a well-loved conference speaker, known for his Bible-based teaching, encouraging heart, and contagious joy.
Together with his wife Randi, he has led Word of Life Moscow for many years – a dynamic church with over 6,000 members and a vibrant weekend service schedule.
Under his leadership, the church has become a hub for revival, discipleship, and church planting throughout the former Soviet Union. With a strong focus on building effective teams and raising up new leaders, Mats-Ola has helped shape a culture that reaches far beyond the borders of Russia. We look forward with great anticipation to what God has placed on his heart for this season.
Christian Åkerhielm
Christian Åkerhielm is a respected leader and inspiring communicator with many years of experience in both missions and local church ministry.
He serves as Missions Director and Pastor at Word of Life in Uppsala, and also plays a key role in the leadership of the global Word of Life International network, where he chairs the board.
Christian combines solid theological grounding with a passionate heart for seeing God's Kingdom reach every corner of the world. His teaching – always clear, faith-filled, and rich in perspective – encourages believers to live wholeheartedly for Jesus, both in everyday life and to the ends of the earth.
We look forward to receiving what Christian carries and believe his message will strengthen, equip, and challenge us all.
Henok Worku
Henok Worku is the pastor of Vive Church Frankfurt and an international speaker who shares the gospel around the world with authenticity and passion.
He is known for his unique ability to combine humor with depth, making his teaching both engaging and impactful.
Henok carries a heart to reach people from all walks of life with the love of God. His messages inspire faith, hope, and bold action. With a warm personality and a clear focus on a personal relationship with Jesus, he encourages believers to live out their faith with confidence and joy.

We’re so excited to experience their worship throughout the conference, and especially looking forward to Saturday’s worship service where Livets Ord Worship will join together with Elim.

For the second year in a row, we’re excited to welcome ELIM! worship to the Europe Conference!
Coming from Örebro, Sweden, they carry a heart for worship that’s genuine and full of hunger for more of God.
Through their music, they help us fix our eyes on Jesus and create space for God’s presence, stillness, and true worship. Their songs speak deeply to the heart and invite both young and old to encounter God.
We’re looking forward to having ELIM! worship with us again – and to all that God wants to do through their worship!
